The reception service is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the hotel boasts a fantastic pool for guests to enjoy.

The breakfast organization needs improvement, with issues of cleanliness and long wait times for orders.

The value for the money at Hotel Royal was exceptional - comfortable rooms, beautiful views, and a great location near Lake Bolsena. The staff, especially Patrizia, were welcoming and helpful.

Stayed during Christmas and it was a great experience! The hotel was beautifully decorated and had a warm festive atmosphere. The staff made our stay very special by offering complimentary hot chocolate and cookies by the fireplace. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the lake and the town center. The view from our room was breathtaking and it was wonderful to wake up to such a view every morning.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the lakeside. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful lake. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices. The swimming pool was a great feature and I enjoyed relaxing by the poolside. Everything in the hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Spectacular lake views, clean and spacious room with charming decor. Efficient check-in with English-speaking staff. Excellent amenities including coffee machine and minibar. Superb bathroom with all necessary essentials. Beautiful outdoor swimming pool. Special mention for the thoughtful early morning cappuccino and croissants provided for our Via Francigena walk.

The hotel is conveniently located by the beach within walking distance from Bolsena Center. It offers beautiful views of the lake from some rooms, like room 309, which has a large private terrace. The receptionist is friendly and helpful, contributing to a positive stay. Breakfast includes a good selection of food and teas, and the gardens throughout the town are well-kept.

The hotel lacks sufficient storage in some rooms for multiple guests.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to offer assistance. The proximity to the lake and the charming streets of the town made exploring convenient and enjoyable. Plus, the hotel had a nice lounge area where I could unwind with some retro gaming after a long day of work.

The pool area was always crowded, and it was frustrating to see guests reserving sunbeds with towels even before the pool opened. This should not be allowed.

The location was perfect, right by Bolsena Lake. We had a blast chillin' at the pool and soaking up the sun. And guess what? We even visited Bolsena Harbour and had a sick time exploring the area. But the highlight was definitely Orvieto Underground, it was sooo cool! If you're into adventure, these places are a must-visit!

The only thing we would've loved more is if the hotel had a rocking nightclub. We wanted to party it up with our friends after a long day of exploring, but there wasn't a dedicated space for that.
